- 16 oz beef bulgogi I used “On the Street Food” Beef Bulgogi
- 2 packs Ramen Noodle I used Nongshim Gourmet Spicy Shin Instant Ramen Noodle
- 1/2 cup onions sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for cooking
Garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Green onions
In a pan over medium high heat, add the beef bulgogi and cook for 5-6 minutes until it starts to brown around the edges.
Then, add the sliced onions, sliced bell peppers and season with salt.
Continue to cook for an additional 5-6 until the veggies are browned.
Once cooked set aside.
Add the ramen to a pot of boiling water and cook according to the packaging.
Half way through, create a space for the eggs by moving the ramen to one side of the pot.
Gently add the eggs and move the noodles back and forth for the remaining cook time. In total it should be 5-6 minutes from start to finish.
Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
Enjoy!
