Ingredients
3-4croissantsbaked
16chocolate chip cookie doughraw
1cupheavy cream
1large egg
1cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Cut open the croissants and sandwich 2-3 tablespoons of cookie dough In between.
Press firmly to stick slices together then cut croissant into 1-2 inch pieces.
Arrange those pieces at the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.
Top the croissants with cookie dough and fill in any blank spaces with more dough.
Dispense semi sweet chocolate chips through out.
In a bowl mix together heavy cream and one egg.
Beat until smooth then pour over the top of the crookie.
Place in a preheated 350F oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
