Creamy Jumbo Crab Bombs

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz jumbo lump crab meat
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp shallot finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Creamy Jumbo Crab Bombs

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients listed under “Creamy Jumbo Crab Bombs” EXCEPT the jumbo lump crab meat and melted butter, then mix thoroughly.
  • Once combined, gently fold in the lump crab meat.

Assemble

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that’s at least 4x4 inches. Spread out evenly and top with more Gruyère cheese.
  • Place on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until the top is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
  • Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley, serve immediately with crackers or chips and enjoy!
