Spicy Crab Pasta
This spicy crab pasta is full of juice chucks of crab meat, roasted red peppers and dressed in a flavorful light cream sauce. Well balance, made in less than 30 minutes. Guaranteed to be a hit and a new favorite.

- 8 oz crab meat
- 10 oz Linguine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 red pepper flakes
Cook pasta according to directions on packaging. Once cooked, reserve 1 1/2 cups pasta water.
In a pan over medium heat sauté the garlic, red pepper flakes and roasted red peppers. About 2-3 minutes.
Follow that up with the reserved pasta water and heavy cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Once the sauce thickens, add the cooked pasta and mix until combined.
Then, gently fold in the crab meat. This will help keep the pieces intact.
Finish with fresh parsley and give it one final toss.
Serve with parmesan cheese if you’d like and enjoy!
